  • I won their mini mystery desserts contest...and then for the entire month of October, I had a mini dessert delivery of 6-7 desserts in a box delivered right to my door in perfect condition Thursday of October. It was pretty much the happiest month of my life. My favourite items: - Pumpkin Pie - I'm pretty picky about pumpkin pie, I make a really good one..and this one was amazing with a really gorgeous and delicious flakey crust. I know they make everything from scratch there, and you can really tell. Trust me we got Dessert lady's pumpkin pie at the same time we got a Wholefood's pumpkin pie (and Dessert Lady's was 100x better). - Matcha Tiramisu Cake - It was smooth, creamy, light, fluffy, and not too sweet. This cake is dangerously delicious. - Orange cream chocolate eclairs - These eclairs are super filled inside! Definitely tasty! - Rice pudding - I know, it's a classic, and you can make it or buy it in tubs at the supermarket. But they make it too and it's just so good! I got that in the box once and really I ate it first. - Cheesecakes - They make decent cheesecakes, I've had bailey's cheesecake, apple caramel cheesecake with pecan crumble, and pumpkin spice cheesecake....they all go wonderfully with a cup of coffee or tea. - Cookies - they have some gorgeously decorated cookies. The slice of pumpkin pie cookie was almost too pretty to eat. Usually iced sugar cookies aren't that tasty (they usually look better then they taste) , but they were actually really good! The most amazing thing is....these were 5-7 delicate perishable soft and fragile items in a box, and they were delivered in perfect shape. I wouldn't hesitate to order and get delivery for a cake or anything else, I know for a fact that it will arrive in perfect shape. I'm amazed and impressed by this....so much so they get 5 stars (4 stars for the food, and 1 extra star for impressive packaging and delivery).
