  • This place is horrible. Shoddy workmanship, filthy carpeting throughout hallways and elevators. Elevators constantly breaking down. The entire building has been WITHOUT WATER - A BASIC NECESSITY, on NUMEROUS occasions - the last time for two days! Walls are paper thin and tenants allowed to bang on walls and blare music at all times. Don't be fooled by the pretty amenities. They charge a premium to live here, can't guarantee water, make you sign a year lease, but make you move out two weeks before the actual lease is up and when there is a problem after hours, you won't be able to reach anyone.
