  • I relied on this company for many years. I always received the best prices anywhere. Now, it's too often a lackadaisical response out of the sales staff and prices no better (sometimes worse) than anywhere else. Just recently, I was promised a price quotation and I've yet to receive it. Additionally, I have noticed greater employee turnover over the last few years. With the hordes of competitors out there, you'd think Full Compass Systems would adopt a strategy of sharpening their pencils and making an extra effort in an attempt to step up their game. Not so. From what I've encountered, their only eager achievement is to throw in the towel.
