  • Let me preface by saying this review is based on two occurrences for the same reason. I will not go too much into detail seeing as how it was a long, frustrating, and exhausting two visits. I initially went into America First FCU on a Friday to wire money into my other bank account(out-of-state). I was instructed that it would not get there til Monday. Come Tuesday, I noticed my money was not yet transferred. Two calls into customer service(a combination of approximately 1hr on the phone), two seemingly incoherent tellers who rudely passed me back and forth amongst each other(Santini and Emily), and one confused loan officer Jackie Bienvenido later...my money was finally transferred. Jackie Bienvenido initially claimed we did not discuss the transfer on my visit Friday(even though that was the primary reason for my visit AND I had spoken to three employees pertaining to that reason as well, prior to seeing her). On my visit back to clear up the confusion, I was ready to speak to the branch manager. However, Jackie was willing to resolve my issue. She was understanding, patient and cooperative. She apologized for the confusion last Friday and the run-arounds I was given in order to complete a simple request. I appreciated her assistance and am glad my request was finally fulfilled. Nonetheless, I am now considering switching banks here in Vegas due to the experience I had encountered with majority of the associates that had assisted me. If it wasn't for Jackie Bienvenido, I would have rated this branch only 1 star.
