  • Let me start by saying this is the first review I have ever written. I felt compelled to do this because I am so disappointed by the manicure(s) that I have received here. I've tried 3 very separate occasions thinking they all couldn't be that bad.. thinking I would get a good, wishfully thinking , 'great' manicure but I must get the same girl every time and she screws up my nails SO bad.. I try to tell her no, I don't like that and she just keeps going. She cuts into the sides of the nails right where the nail bed begins and cuts off the corner of each side of the nail which she has already clipped the nail almost to the quick.. I told her in the beginning to not cut my nails so short but she didn't give a damn or doesn't understand English.. I walk out of there with nub nails with raw skin on the sides.. painful!! WTF? I won't go there ever again.
