  • I appreciate that it can be difficult to run a small business and that you sometimes have to hustle to get customers, but since my first (and so far only) session at the Message Therapy Studio in December, I've received several phone calls trying to get me to come back for another appointment. The first time they called, I politely told them I would get in touch if/when I wanted to book another appointment. Since then, I've received another 2-3 voice messages (I no longer pick up when they call). I really enjoyed working with Samantha, my RMT, but this particular sales tactic had a very negative impact on my overall perception of the Massage Therapy Studio. E-mail messages are fine, but this is just too much. There are some very nice people who work here but I really wish they would abandon this particular practice. I wouldn't discourage anyone from going here but be prepared for a considerable volume of phone calls once they have your number. If this doesn't bother you, I'm sure you will enjoy the studio (especially if you work with Samantha -- she's great!)
