  • I've been going to this nail salon for well over a year and always had great service. I still do as long as I see Cindy, the owner. I have noticed that lately if I have the gel top coat put on, it starts peeling away sometimes as soon as just a few days. I have mentioned it a few times when getting a fill and all I hear is that maybe I'm hard on my nails. I'm not hard on them and I think their gel product is cheap. The whole point of paying $5 more for the gel is so your nails look nice longer! So far, I have not been offered anything to make this right except that I should come back and they would fix it. I shouldn't have to keep running back and forth for them to fix a problem with their bad product. Change your gel product and get something that's worth the $5 charge! I'm a professional and expect that my nails will look great for more than a few days and asking me to come back in is ridiculous. Just do it right the first time please!
