  • WATCH OUT! I went here and needed my 2014 & 2015 tax returns done by these so called professionals. The only thing they specialize in is taking more money than agreed upon. This is the short... So before we did the returns I wanted to do my due diligence and see how much it was gonna cost me. I got a response from the lady that it's usually around $94- $95... I told the lady "wow that much really??? but you know I really gotta get this done so yeah it's fine. I told her I'm not gonna pay for the software that's more expensive than the fees you pay here. I told her I would just do the 2015 too since it wasn't gonna be too much. I told her i know there are plenty of free sites i can use but since I was there and it wasn't gonna cost much I might as well. She said okay that's fine I can do them both for you. I told her great the only thing is I have to be up at 4am tomorrow for work so can we do them semi quickly.. She told me no problem.... She did both went over the first fee not the second one the second one she started talking about their 1,000 customers get $1,000 a day thing they were doing pretty much distracting me from the cost so she could put all the paperwork away in the huge folder they give you... unknowingly now I will be charged more and I now wait for the return I was expecting not what I got .... At first I got my state return that was great, then came the FEDERAL!!! GREAT!!! So I thought.... I noticed on the deposit it was $150 short... instead of $95... so I call down to the location. The girl I spoke with said she would have the manager call me back in 15 minutes because I was pretty distraught as to why I was missing money and saw the deposit was less $150... so now I wait again 15 minutes goes by and now it's been 30 minutes, and I get a voice mail from the management telling me to call back... I was at work now back from lunch which 15 minutes would have been great for but some people can't call on the time they told me to begin with.. so now I couldn't call back, so I called after work... When I called I spoke to what sounded like a pubescent boy with a screachy voice that told me the manager just left... YOU'RE KIDDING RIGHT? This made me a little upset because when you are a manager and you don't actually talk to an upset customer before going home or show a single ounce of care for the angry customer by not calling as promised you can imagine this would really make someone angry. I told him I better get a call.... now the kicker is coming.... 15 minutes later I get a call from an unavailable number so I don't pick up... Now if you're like me I think sales person, Bill collector, someone I don't wanna talk to blocks their number... About 45 seconds later I get a "ping" on my phone.... What could it be... a voice mail from the manager that left!!! Asking me to call back the store... BUT I THOUGHT SHE LEFT? Guess not.... Unfortunately now i missed the call and I wasn't going to see any calls coming until morning now since I got the mystery caller ID call and lost my opportunity to talk.... so now I wait again.... ALL DAY... NO CALL..... I call and speak with the reception now and she persisted to argue with me and had the nerve to ask me why I didn't call back since the manager left me a message and it was my job to call back now... I told her no when an issue is resolved in my book it is when the customer is spoken with that was upset and things are settled not when you leave a voice mail saying to call if you still need to talk since we NEVER ACTUALLY TALKED IN THE FIRST PLACE... so I demanded to be called right away.... so now I wait again.... 1 hour and 30 minutes goes by and guess who calls.... DING DING DING... THE MANAGER!!! BUT....Get this.... SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHY SHE IS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME..... WOW.... Unbelievable!!!! LIES AND HORRIBLE HANDLING!!! STOP AND READ this is my one WARNING- LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK if you do two tax returns at once.... ALSO - DON'T GO HERE if you can go somewhere else you should. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I'm sure I'm not the only one th his has happened to also!!!
