I hate to give less than a five star for these guys, but unfortunately I have to. First of all, they are really good guys and do try hard to give good service. But I have to warn everyone because of my experience. I had a problem with my power steering on my car making a lot of noise. I took it in to have it fixed. They determined the power steering pump had gone out and needed to be replaced. I paid to have it replaced. When I went to pick it up, as soon as I turned it on the check engine light and oil temperature lights came on. I had to leave it with them and they determined it needed another power steering pump. It was replaced free of charge. A week later I started having power steering problems again. I took it in and they determined that the rack and pinion went out because of the new power steering pump. They replaced that. So I am now into it almost $900. I noticed a little bit of noise from the power steering as soon as I left. It kept getting worse. I took it in again and again the power steering pump had gone out. They replaced it again free of charge. Again when I picked it up I noticed some noise. It got worse. I took my car in again a few weeks later and they said it was fine and normal. BS! I finally decided to take my car to another shop. They confirmed that the power steering pump had gone out again and that Mr. Tire had failed to drain the pump before installing it which caused it to go out. I had them replace it and finally it was fixed! Mr. Tire did reimburse me for having to have another shop fix it. However, I have to wonder if the reason the rack and pinion went out is because the techs at Mr. Tire were incompetent. As it is, I think they are great for changing tires and oil, but I will never take my vehicles to them for a major issue. I give them 3 stars instead of 1 because they did reimburse me for the other shop fixing it and for treating me so well for the most part.
