  • I wouldn't call it uber-luxury, but it's a very decent, servicable business traveller hotel located in downtown TO. Meaning it's kewl if you're there on business or to attend an event in Rogers Centre, but kinda blah if you're in TO for fun. I couldn't find the elevators up to the rooms, they are hidden behind a wall. My room had a gorgeous view of the lake and the CN tower. Service was impeccably polite, and all the staff was helpful, except for the fact that they (a) forgot a mid-afternoon wake-up [nap] call and (b) they bang on the door to make beds/turndown at inopportune moments. hmmmm, maybe that was their version of the wake-up call?
