We bought laminate flooring through Lowe's and it was installed by Cesar's Flooring. Our flooring job was scheduled for two days to complete three rooms and three closets. We purchased baseboard removal and replacement with the flooring install. We had all the rooms and closets completely emptied out. All the previous flooring had been removed by us leaving bare concrete. Shelving higher than four feet above the floor and pictures remained on the walls.
Two flooring professionals arrived around 8:30 am on the first day they were scheduled. They immediately removed the baseboards around the master bed room. The the older worker laid down the underlayment in the master bedroom then started installing the flooring. While the flooring was being laid down in the first room the younger employee started prepping another room's floor for grinding. At some point both employees ground down a high ridge in the second room. By the time the master bedroom flooring was installed the other two rooms had been prepared for flooring including removing the baseboards. When the installer started laying down the flooring in the second room, the other employee began replacing the baseboard molding back onto the walls in the master bedroom complete with caulk. Flooring in the second room went fast then they moved on to the third and last room. The baseboard went on then they completed the install by gluing down the 4 thresholds. All three rooms and closets were completed on the first day.
The experts that Cesar's Flooring dispatched to our house were fast and professional. They arrived on time and completed a job that was scheduled for 2 days in about 6 hours. The work does not look rushed, it is very well done. We never had to pay extra for the floor grinding they completed. There was never a problem with the pictures or shelving we left on our walls. They were so efficient with our materials that we had over $200 worth that we were able to return to Lowe's for a refund.
