  • We purchased a bed, not including mattresses, for $1000 (not a cheap purchase!) we opted to pick it up at the Phoenix warehouse rather than having it delivered or waiting the 24 hours for it to get to the store because my husband is a firefighter and was on shift the next day. After driving the 45 minutes to pick it up and the 45 minutes home we discovered the feet of the baseboard of the bed were not sized properly and would not fit, we were also missing the slats and supports! I called in and was told that we could drive back to the warehouse the following day to pick it up, I explained my husband was going on shift and I am very pregnant and unable to put together a bed or load or unload anything. They told us they could have it delivered Monday, this was Saturday. I agreed and gave them my information. On Monday they called my husbands phone and left a voicemail stating delivery would be between 6pm and MIDNIGHT! By the time he was able to check his phone and notify me it was close to 3:30; which is why I instructed to them to call ME not my husband who can not always answer calls at the station. I called in and asked to reschedule until the following day because I have a toddler who needs to be in bed and I can not wait until MIDNIGHT for a bed! I was told the earliest they could do is Wednesday they had no availability the following day. I explained I am pregnant and sleeping on mattresses on the floor due to an error that was ENTIRELY the companies fault and after 25 minutes on hold they said they would deliver the following day, but it took me asking for a supervisor before anything was done. I will NEVER purchase from living spaces again. The only reason they got more than one star is because the bed is beautiful... I STRONGLY encourage you to look elsewhere before shopping here. *EDIT: delivery guys showed up without the correct pieces needed after all that hassle!!! My husband and I are now spending Valentine's Day driving all the way back to the Phoenix location to handle it ourselves after sitting home for 4 hours waiting on the delivery!!! Worst furniture buying experience of my life...
