  • Bad experience before even getting a pizza...My team at work was trying to order some pizzas for a team meeting. First of their online ordering is garbage, so then we when we tried to call the store, they never answered, finally when we called the other store did they promise a call from their GM, only to get blown off. When we tried to get in touch 3 hours later we were told that the General Manager was too busy to talk to us. Needless to say we decided to order from Mod Pizza. Sad that a company that has a location near a call center employing 2k plus would provide terrible customer service.
