  • We are working on a bathroom remodel and I believe we went to almost every tile store in the greater PHX area. Hands down, Arizona tile in TEMPE was the best of all the places we visited. Every time we walked into the showroom at Arizona Tile in TEMPE, we were promptly greeted by a salesperson offering assistance. Arizona Tile has a pretty good selection of products, too. Not everything is in stock, but they can get the product shipped in within a few days. Brandon in customer service was probably the most knowledgeable and most helpful person of all the tile places we visited. He alone was the reason we decided to return some tile we picked up at another store and we then decided to just buy everything from Arizona Tile and not keep looking elsewhere. He's very sharp, remembers everything and is very friendly. This is a perfect example of customer service winning out. I did make one visit at the showroom in Scottsdale, but did not have the same experience as I did at the one in Tempe. Going forward with any future projects, we will be going directly to Arizona Tile in Tempe. Really happy with these guys!
