I lived here for a year. Never had an issue with my neighbors. It was very quiet and you felt safe even late at night. In fact, this community is very friendly. We loved it here. We moved out because my husband was stationed in North Carolina. The only thing I have to say, upon our moving out date I went to talk to one of the leasing agents (I'm not going to mention her name) about the fees and what I had to do to turn in my apartment. She gave me some numbers and told what to do. Long story short, the number she gave me were wrong. I had to pay more for carpet cleaning and "hiding fees" I was aware of. After I brought it up and talked to the property manager. The leasing agent had NO RECALL of our conversation two weeks prior. I mean it was unacceptable. I really loved this place but need to plan my moving expenses and that when out the window when I had to pay $400 more I was expecting to pay Bottom line, I suggest any questions about money or moving out you talk to the property manager. She's more aware of the fees and can explain better what to expect when you move out.
After this experience, I would not come back and live here. I mean I had a great year living here but after this experience makes me realize it takes one thing to break your trust. This is just my personal experience.
