I love Bouchon. I always make an effort to dine here when I'm in Vegas, or pick up a pastry or macaron at their bakery that is also located in The Venetian. I've also dined at Bouchon in Yountville, CA, along with Thomas Keller's The French Laundry.
I've had brunch and dinner at Bouchon before and everything is delicious. I can't say I've had a dish that I didn't like. In terms of drinks, I've had wine and the Bellini in the past. I tried the Bloody Mary this past brunch outing. This was my first time trying Tito's Handmade Vodka with the Bloody Mary and I have to say, I loved it! Whatever smooth magic this Austin, TX spirit adds to the cocktail really works and this might become an ordering classic.
This past brunch outing, I had the poached eggs benedict with smoked salmon. They do eggs and the hollandaise sauce very well. The smoked salmon was plenty and quality. The greens that the dish came with was dressed lightly with white wine vinaigrette and there's added tarragon leaves for finesse.
I tried my hubby's croque madame which I've ordered in the past before. The bechamel sauce is done well and the truffle fries that it comes with is more than plenty and is probably the best I've had.
The French pastries are also delicious. The lunch and dinner items are delicious too. I can't emphasis enough how everything here is delicious. And the service is always fantastic. What can I say, I'm in love with this place.
