  • Basically I never write reviews but this time I felt that I have to. I am a regular patient at her for years, after visiting in her clinic few times (spending 100$ for each visit) she found out that I have a chronic medical problem repeats itself, so dr tikva always used to sending me a prescription for pain relief that I don't need to come over and over again to her clinic to spend 100$ per visit. Today, I spoke with dr Tikva over the phone trying to explain her that I feel really bad and if she can send me the regular prescription for me to the smith like she do always. She was so rude to me , saying that if I want pain relief pills I need to come to her clinic (of curse to pay 100$ per visit just to give me the same prescription that she give me always for years, when I explain her that I feel really bad and I didn't sleep all night she answer ok, so when you'll feel good , make appointment and come to my clinic I'll give prescription (the same one that she used to send me). all this for another 100$ that she want to make. I tried to explain her that it is impossible for me to arrive I'm not feeling good at all so she decided to hung up the phone to me without to finish our conversation. As I know from my experience with doctors not only in USA they have Commitment to take care of the health of their patients and not to leave them without solution when they suffer from pains! In her case, money important more than her patient's health.
