  • Booked my room on lonr through Mlife. Luckily, I printed out my confirmation and brought it to check in. I booked the "run of the house" promo which costs a little more than the basic room, so when you check in they assign you a room. I was thinking a small upgrade.NOT. Not only did I get a basic room, the man at the desk gave me my check in bill and it was more than my online confirmation. I handed him the paper showing my total from when I booked, and he said "I don't know where you got that paper, but the computer says it's this much." I replied that I got the paper from Mlife when I booked. In addition to a 100. A night addition for a deposit I wasn't ready for, they gave me the shittiest room ever. The beds both had visible sink holes, the room faced Tropicana Blvd, so between the loud cars driving pass, sirens,.car alarms and the roller coaster screams outside my window, it was a pretty miserable sleeping experience. Have stayed many times because we like the atmosphere of the casino, however this will be my last time there. Not very happy.
