  • I never had a bad experience in post office till I moved here in Summerlin! The mailman is the most irresponsible of all! I've lost a few packages since a year and half ago. The tracking says "delivered" but we don't receive it! The worst part is that the two managers who work there don't even bother following up on complains and calling back after leaving messages or going there in person. I can't believe a government organization can get away with all these problems for so long. I don't know how many people like us are missing their mails!
