  • Why is it that there are no standards set in place here? No concern for quality of service. Certainly no concern for wait times. And what is with the attitudes? Every time I get a letter or package that needs to be picked up from here I feel like id rather stab myself in the eyeball with a fork than come here. Half hour MINIMUM to do anything here. Trade out the employees at the check out window at McDonalds for these people. I'd bet that the wait times will be much faster.
