  • I had to put my deceased father's beloved cat down due to old age and severe health issues. I called Roundstone and had Dr. H. S. Luthra come to my home to perform this service. This guy is an idiot, to put it mildly. He asked me to wrap her in a towel. So I get a towel and wrap her up while he gets his equipment setup on our office workbench. He takes his sweet time to get setup, close to ten minutes of needless fiddling with one needle(an attempt to stretch time for his high fees?). Enough time to get the old wise cat on edge that something's up. Then as I'm looking the other way and with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING what so ever, so I could brace, he violently jabs the cat with a needle in the rear. The cat screeches with pain an bites and claws me because I had not had any indication of what he was going to do. It made for a real messed up day. If this Vet doesn't understand that a cat will freak out when violently stabbed and doesn't have the presence of mind to give a heads up warning to hold the cat firmly while he's doing this what else is he capable of?
