  • I ordered a gift card for someone. My account was charged, I got an email saying the person was sent an email with the gift card. The person never received the email. When I emailed Massage Envy and called them (very difficult to find ph. number) numerous times, I never received a response. I also called several franchises in Seattle area and no one would give me the phone number for the corporate office and were rather rude, like it was a big secret. I wonder if this is a scam.
