  • What a disappointment! The service was bad and the food was worse! Went there last night and I ordered the Christmas special, 3 other people were at the table ordered off the menu, it took forever between the appetizer and the main course for the meal to arrive. When we received the food it was over cooked, cold dry for 3 out of 4 people. This tells me that they forgot or something happened to the forth entree to cause them to fire it again. So the other three meals sat and died but they served it anyway. The calamari was the best ever, but everything was inedible after that. The waiter forgot my salad, never asked us if we wanted an appetizer, I had to stop him and order it myself. He never offered more drinks or asked us how the meal was, then blamed it on being too busy. I sent my dried out cold steak back and didn't have anything else. I doubt I will give them another chance, as they failed at every level. Three of us complained of cold food, they took off only 2 meals, the whole thing should have been comped as they ruined our Christmas dinner. Update: The fact that the management did not even respond to a 1 star review speak volumes about their commitment to service and food quality!
