  • Impressive property, would recommend it to others for their own experience. I seriously doubt I would ever chose to stay there again. Was supposedly given an upgraded room, not obvious too me. Another couple in our party received a villa upgrade they liked a lot. Oddly, they still share my thinking they found place also lacking and would not come back. You are constantly bombarded by salesperson on every turn pushing timeshares. There are inadequate signs for parking, free valet is encouraged. Ice machine signs are plenty yet no machines. Encountered another guess who shared hunt for machine coming from another floor. Tile in bathroom not as clean as should have been, with strand of hair left on gritty floor. No microwave. Perfect room temperature. Linen was fresh. Several in house restaurants I did not visit, so no review. Upon entry to drive up, it was apparent others were equally unable to manage the meandering maze causing near collisions. No glass showers, no wood flooring and outdated hardware. Drapes seemed to be original to building. Only modern item in room was large flatscreen, at least a 50 in. For price, stay at Palms Place.
