  • Terrible. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. An hour before she cancels me. So I had to push my appointment to the day before my trip. I have very healthy hair. I just wanted the ends a little lighter. She wasn't comfortable lightening hair. She is a hairdresser! I could understand if my hair was damaged. But it's not. Now on my last day before I leave for the next 7 months, I have to find someone that knows how to do hair. Dont waste your time with this woman that doesn't want to work.
