  • Called in a month before as a new patient to make an appointment with Dr. Harris. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and took all my information down and advised me what to expect at my appointment. I had no problems getting in as a new patient. I wanted to get established here to plan ahead for the future and my friend had great experiences here with both of her babies. They called a few days before to confirm your appointment and to remind you to show up 30min minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I got a call the morning of my appointment to reschedule since the doctor had an unplanned surgery. The lady who called was very nice and apologized multiple times for the last minute change and thanked me for being flexible. Which was understandable with a OBGYN and they did warn me about that when I first scheduled with the main doctor. They were able to reschedule me for the following week with the PA, Heather since it was just for my annual well woman's exam. I even called the day of my appointment to make sure I had the times right and someone always answered right away and provided me friendly and effective service. I showed up promptly 30min before my appointment to fill out paperwork and the front desk staff greeted me right away and were very friendly. It was a nice big office with a large yet clean waiting room. I was called back exactly at my scheduled appointment time and the medical assistant was very nice. Once undressed, the PA Heather came in within 5min of me waiting. She was so personable, friendly, and kept asking me what questions I had for her. She even thanked me for coming in towards the end and that she was looking forward to caring for me. What a sweet thing to say. Overall I was in and out of my appointment within the hour to include the new patient paperwork . I was very impressed with the effectiveness of all the staff here. Of course I was only here for a simple annual check-up but I'm looking forward to more positive experiences here. Thank you!
