  • You know those Liberty Mutual ads you see on TV where they offer accident forgiveness in their policies. Well, guess what, it's BS. My rate was raised over $200 after one year. Because a tree fell on my car while I was asleep, they told me I was eligible for the accident forgiveness but my rate was raised because the incident moved me to another tier. Their advertising is fraudulent. My agent didn't even respond to my email. My suggestion? Shop elsewhere.
