  • UPDATE: My order has been delayed YET AGAIN because one of my items was not scheduled for delivery at the same time as my other item. At this point it has been over a month and now I have to wait MORE. I am very frustrated. There was an issue with our order. And it appeared that customer service over the phone was either unable or unwilling to make any accommodation to help figure out why our order still had not been fulfilled or delivered. BUT! When we came to the store directly, the issue was totally resolved beyond our wildest expectations. Kara and Ben were super helpful and did everything they could to make sure our problem was resolved and we could finally get our mattress and adjustable bases into our home and start enjoying them. I also need to note that our original sales person, Marcia and our original cashier, Kari, were both awesome as well. It's easy to receive great service up front when spending money but it's not always easy to get great service after the fact. Thank you Living Spaces for showing the rest of the industry how it should be done! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!
