As soon as I opened the door to our junior suite, the drapes opened up automatically and the room started to lit up. I was like..."are we staying in one of those Louie Vuitton stores?"
One word that came to mind about the room: pretty.
The suite included a spacious bath, king sized bed and an office/living room.
My favorite part of the room was the living room and office space. There is a couch set next to the window to relax and enjoy the view and my son acted CEO behind the office table as if he was writing me checks.
The bath was roomy. Dual sink, small tv screen, shower stall and bath tub. Even called for room service for liquid to do a bubble bath. Good service by the way, our bubble bath didn't take long and they even followed up within minutes to make sure we got what we needed.
The king bed was comfy. Their Samsung TV screen was cool too, I really wanted to take it home. Also you can swivel it to view while your in bed or in the living room.
Encore's pool was decent. It's mid sized. It kinda felt awkward taking my family there, being most adults especially when you see obnoxious older guys trying to hookup on young chicks. They closed the pool area at 6 p.m. that day. So we were able to relax up for about an hour till close. The poolside service was great too, she followed up if my michelada was exceptional. Their spa and fitness areas looks high tier.
Overall, the stay was great but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a young family. We decided to take a advantage of a deal through Expedia for that weekend. I recommend this stay for adults or with a group of friends.
There goes another hotel in my collection of Vegas strip hotel stays on my list.
