  • Avoid this place like the plague! I too ignored the reviews and have regretted it since, I don't even know where to start - sign paperwork on a unit only to find out it was leased out to someone else but they had a more expensive unit available. - we are extremely clean people but several neighbors insist on leaving their trash on their porch for several days, so yes there's a TON of roaches and they find their way inside - pest control company the complex uses is completely useless and has no positive results on any occasion -unit was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned at all prior to our arrival, or anytime recently as the pics will show once I upload - A/C system has failed over 10 times in the past year and is well documented (never properly diagnosed or fixed) - if you live anywhere on the lower half near the pool, you'd think it was a speedway. -pool/jacuzzi area constantly broken and under repair, was shut down by the health department in 2016 On a positive note, the maintenance guys have always been really good to use and they do what they can to help. Unfortunately the corporate office in San Diego will approve next to nothing in repairs so the maintenance guys hands are tied most of the time. Oh, did I mention the rent increased almost $300 after our 12 months was up?
