  • Service ... Perfect, Food... Perfect, Ambiance... Perfect. I was completely blown away by Texas de Brazil! The service from the moment we sat down was impeccable. The caipirinhas were ok, but not as good as Seviche- for my taste palate. However, the food is what took this restaurant to a perfect score in my opinion. The salad/cold bar is packed with the good stuff; mushrooms, potato salad, regular salad, salmon (which is amazing), asparagus, tabouleh, and the list goes on. The best part of the meal was all the meat. I'm not a huge meat eater in everyday life, but if you come here - be prepared for a protein overload (in a good way). The chicken selections were okay, but my favorites were the lamb chops, steak selections, and BBQ pork ribs. Yes... I had them ALL! They also have leg of lamb, parmesan chicken, bacon wrapped chicken, filet mignon, bacon wrapped chicken, flank steak, beef ribs, sausage, parmesan pork, etc,. Plus- they bring mashed potatoes, bread, and fried bananas to the table. I would recommend saving your appetite for Texas de Brazil in order to try everything your heart desires. I will be back soon, and suggest this restaurant to everyone I know!
