  • as an update, I purchased the car in may, and now im getting bombarded with emails and physical mail about 'nitro fill' tires. I called nitro fill tires to inquire what this was about, they informed me that my dealership signed me up without my consent, even worse, 6 months AFTER I purchased the car, not even during the actual time I purchased. 1. there was no consent 2. they didn't do it until 6 months later, making me question why they are going back into my account to add stuff on without telling me so many months later. I'm positive this is from the finance dept. I am more than disappointed with how Alex (in finance) works. he rushes (per my original review) and just puts things on there without letting me know. sorry - Findlay has definitely made me start thinking of a different brand of cars when it comes time next time. and yes, they spelled my wife's name wrong, no surprise based on my original email since alex was rushing. pathetic
