  • This location has the worst customer service and always make you feel like you are wasting their time. Yes, I have found some great items here, but save your time and go to the Scottsdale location. Don't sell anything here unless you plan on taking a huge loss, they make all of these excuses not to buy your stuff after all the effort you put into getting it ready for them. One more thing- they only have ONE cart with a seat in it. For a children's store it really makes it difficult to shop when you have a child. They do have a "play area" but it is dirty and most toddlers don't like to be dumped in a corner while their mom shops. (Especially since it is located right next to the toy section... teasing the little kids, that's not nice!)
