  • This is not a friendly fare service dept. in my opinion, I had my vehicle towed to the service dept for a stalling and very hard starting condition. They suggested tune up 6 cyl $600 with tax I said ok. Called me, They said they test drove it 30 miles and it's fine now. I didn't make it home, or 2 blocks for that matter, This was not an intermittent condition. I called manager he said they did not drive it that long? So essentially said I was told a lie, but he said he would take better care next time in. A week later i made an 8am appointment for state inspection. It needed a couple things, they called back after me dropping it off and walking home and said they can't work on that day and I would have to leave it? But reminded me it would be expensive. They not only didn't take care of me the next time, they wasted time again. Like most of us I rely on a vehicle, they make no apologies for my grief at all and said happy thanksgiving, almost sarcastic if you ask me. No I would not recommend this classic Chevrolet service department at all.
