  • This is the best Rubio's in the whole Valley. The food actually tastes better. Lorena, the manager is awesome. She makes everyone feel like welcome family. I also admire how she interacts with her staff. You can tell there is a lot of mutual respect and affection. Altogether a good energy place. My favorite!
