I feel qualified to write a review about used clothing stores as I've been in many in BC and Alberta over the years. The first time I visited this store I was pleased with the salesperson's (later I learned the owner) communication - no hard sell...just genuinely helpful. I found MORE than I was bargaining for! Many folks seem to want things for next to nothing...well I suggest you go to Value Village and thrift stores, because I appreciate the quality of merchandise in this store and the fair prices for what you are purchasing. I bought a barely used pair of Rockport black boots for less than half the price ($79) (in stores, a gorgeous brand new, red, Italian leather bag for $19, and a designer knee length feminine jacket with ruffles for $60. You know, supporting local, smaller stores feels so good to me rather than Big Box stores; having a relationship with someone who will find that "special item for me because she knows my tastes, just makes shopping much more pleasant. then, two weeks before Christmas the owner lent me two of her own delightful sweaters to wear to my family's Christmas party for an "ugly" sweater contest! How kind was that!
