Super friendly staff welcomed us as we walked in. Luckily I'm a Black card member so I was able to take a guest for free. We started off stretching then went straight to the 30 minute circuit workout. Whew! It's a combination of weighs and intense cardio to get your heart rate up, and stay up!
We then grabbed a quick drink of water and jumped on the elliptical. I find that 30 minutes at level 18 is just the right amount for me. After that we did a couple abs and calf exercises.
All in all it was a successful gym trip for out of towners like us. Thanks Planet Fitness!
