  • Very bad place. Avoid at all costs Made an appointment for 10am to have 4.new tires installed. They told me it should take 90 minutes. Got there 10 minutes early and gave them my car and sat in their waiting room. Over an hour later, my car was still sitting outside. They finally finished over 3 hours later. In addition, they informed me of 5 significant new "issues" with my car. This was very interesting as about an hour earlier, they found those same issues with another fellow who was also in the waiting room??? How peculiar is that? So, I will never be going back to Firestone ever again and would suggest you consider my review before you do.
