  • I got their groupon for a cut and full highlights. When I arrived they apparently didn't schedule me correctly because they told me they didn't have time to do the highlights and I would have to come back to get them. After the haircut I received I am so happy that I didn't get those highlights! To start this place is kinda run down and gross but the people were nice. When I came in I told the stylist that I wanted more shape to my bangs because I was growing them out. I made sure to emphasize that I wanted to keep as much length as possible to my hair. Instead of slightly angling my bangs, the girl kept chopping and chopping at them until I had half of my bangs less than one inch long! If you have ever had bangs you would know that short little hairs are unmanageable and hard to fix especially when they are in the front of your face! As a result I had to give up my desire to grow out my bangs for now because I had to go home and cut more of my hair into bangs to cover up the mess that was made. I am just glad they were disorganized enough to not do the highlights. I can't imagine what a mess I would be!
