  • Waited 3 hours for someone to come and unlock my door. Called them at 9:30pm and it's now 11:45 and still no sign of them. The ladies in dispatch are complete twats and are extremely rude. If it wasn't for my insurance company having some kind of deal with this sorry ass company; id NEVER have called them. WORST service ever.
