  • Excellent. Visiting Las Vegas and noticed my Tod's loafers had a tear/hole forming at the toe. Thought they were a toss. Called the Tod's store at the Forum Shops and they recommended Shoe Lab. Where they send their shoes for a fix. Kind and professional service. Got them to me at the end of the same day (Friday) since I was leaving in two days. Can't even notice where they made the repair. Seamless and blended in perfectly. A bit expensive but so were the shoes. Quality needs quality attention. Shoe Lab came through!
