  • Last Sunday I dropped off my car as I do every month for an oil change & tire rotation. I drive about 4000 miles a month, I always check my dip stick after the oil change mainly because an oil change at Walmart failed to put it the correct amount. Sometimes when I check I wonder if the even changed my oil or filter, so I started to mark my filter and wheels with a black marker. I found that this location didn't rotate my tires yet charge $20, when I questioned the manager it turn out bad and I just left and won't be back. Liars & Cheats, stay away from this group. The location on 74, was not good either. The manager was startled when I showed my mark on the oil filter they didn't change. Firestone is robbing the public.
