  • Through Amazon Services, I originally placed an order for a cleaning of my home on 4/25/18. I was notified that Primavera Cleaning Services was the third party vendor who would be completing the work. However, due to my own scheduling issues, I had to reschedule for 5/1. The vendor then had a family issue come up and asked me to reschedule to 5/10 -which I happily obliged. This evening I received another text message from the vendor asking me if it was possible to reschedule again for 5/17 a date which I will be out of town for so I declined. When I texted the company back to ask if they would still be showing up on 5/10, I never received a response. At this point I became suspicious and looked up reviews for the company. Needless to say, I can now see the other reviews where these guys either have the worst luck or are just totally unprofessional and unreliable. This review is obviously not for the work itself as that was never done but after what happened to me and then reading the reviews on here, I don't think I want unreliable people who seem to lack integrity in my home.
