  • My first time here and it was a horrible experience. I asked for a fill and shape. The woman made my shape ridiculously pointy. I asked for a coffin shape. The entire time she was talking to her co-workers in her language. Of course I felt like she was talking about me asking her to fix my nails. I shouldn't have to tell a nail tech how to do my nails. I asked to have my nails match the other hand so that they looked comparable. She said she couldn't do it. I could go on and on about this experience. Bottom line- I will never go back. My Mani/Pedi time is my relaxation time. I shouldn't have to walk away regretting going there. Not worth the time or money.
