  • "Security guards" are quite a bit far away from being respectful to paying (too much!) customers as per my own personal totally subjective opinionated perception when I last time visited this "historical structure" in downtown Toronto. They just left us with "mixed experience" (or should I say humiliating) and nothing to remember, be proud and cheerful about. If this facility requires such "security measures" (and that entirely understandable, logical, 100% acceptable, please keep our tower safe by all means!) and "guards" have such hard time keeping up to high quality professional industry wide safety and security standards as this facility requires, or just unable, or basically unequipped to, while they are interacting with real people, then why don't we just bother so much and not to shut down this facility to public access altogether. It's that simple. We all must do our jobs which we can actually and truly deliver upon in full and, most certainly, in absolute proper way and form. Somebody clearly to me does not. Tower besides that badly needs renovation, in fact, it presents outdated interior and technique, and to me personally it's just a cash grab for now, for sure, and I really want to avoid being through all this "fantastic experience" once again.
