  • By far the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. The woman didn't turn up the electricity on the machine and had the put the needle in my face sometimes more than four times per hair(but never less, unless she was plucking it). I had a half hour appointment and for the amount of hair I had, it should have only taken 15-20 mins. I know this because I have had electrolysis before. But because she had the machine so low, it took too long. I told her to turn it up but she wouldn't. At first she was plucking the hairs out before the roots were killed and I told her not to do that and then she started complaining that my roots were very strong and that they weren't straight, so it was 'too difficult' to work with. She kept showing me each one that she took out saying, see, see! I had to tell her to stop showing me the hairs and just to stick to the work. Because she stuck the needle in so many times per hair, my skin was left with huge welts that took a week to heal. I had to cancel another appointment for a facial 5 days later because my skin was so swollen and pimply for the botched 'work' that this woman did. Do NOT waste your time here, I give her zero on a scale from 1-10.
