  • Avoid this place if you have any self-respect. The customer service at this hole SUCKS. I had a very expensive repair, and decided to have the work done here b/c I had heard some good things. When I went to pick up my car, the guy, I think it was the owner (Carl?), treated me like an idiot. He asked me if I had kept up with the maintenance, etc. I told him, yes, and I have all the paperwork to prove it, but I could tell he didn't believe me b/c he was just shaking his head. Gave me real attitude. He was very condescending and acted like a real ass. Maybe I was just having a bad day and thus am reacting out of kind, but I know I will never take my car here again, and I will warn my friends and co-workers to avoid this place like the plague. I hope Carl reads these reviews: you need to work on your Customer Service skills, or get out of working with the public.
