  • We did not have a good experience of our afternoon tea at Birks in Montreal. We were quickly escorted to our seats but it took a while before we got to order. Two of our six teas were only lukewarm. The waiter replaced the water but didn't replace the tea. The appetizers/food came way after the tea. I felt the service was bad, the water could be hotter, and the desserts were too sweet. I would not come back to this place.
