rev:text	I've been making the Lakewood Conrad's my first stop for car issues for 10 years - 3 different cars - now. I have never had a bad experience there, in fact just the opposite. Conrad's isn't the cheapest place to go for most things, but the customer service and the honesty I've gotten from these guys over the years has kept me coming back. The customer service has always been top notch - I've never been treated like a dumb girl or been talked down to, and they've always been fantastic about fitting me in without an appointment when I've had emergency situations. I've been sent away without any services performed because I didn't actually need it, and though they've always suggested the maintenance that probably needed to be done but I wasn't prepared to pay for - I've never felt pressured to do anything I couldn't swing. Just this morning they got me in without an appointment for a repair that ended up only being $25 -- I've dealt with mechanics in the past that would have inflated that, because it would have been obvious I don't have the expertise to argue it. I don't think car repairs are anyone's favorite thing to pay for, or wait for, but they do at least make an attempt to make it a better experience - though the chairs in the waiting area are not what I'd call comfortable, there's a TV, more magazines than anyone could go through, a desk marked as a "work space," free wi-fi, and free soda (pop for you native Ohioans) / water / coffee / tea and popcorn while you wait. The Lakewood Conrad's will always be my first choice for car maintenance - my loyalty was honestly earned.
