  • As of September, 2011, this hotel is brand new, and very clean. The way it is constructed, I expect it to be a nice place several years down the road. Rooms with wooden floors are nice and clean, bed was very comfortable as one would expect. Breakfast maybe not as complete as the nearby Dauphin Hotel, but it is included in your room rate unlike the extra cost at Dauphin (I like Dauphin Hotels, too.). Reception was very polite and bilingual. Good location near some major department, grocery and pharmacy stores as well as restaurants. Like every business traveler, I would like to see cheaper rates as mine was $122 per night, but overall this is a nice place. Only complaint is the internet signal got weaker and nearly dropped out in the evenings, I guess due to high demand. The fact that this hotel is the first in Quebec to see LEED certification is another reason to like the place.
